Working with Wolverhampton City Council we have helped to reduce inequality, inequity, and increase resilience in regards to the cost of Living Crisis.
The strategy was developed and co-produced with the Local Authority, many of our statutory, community, faith, and voluntary sector partners in the city and is very much a one city approach.
The council and our partners have worked hard together to help keep families warm throughout the Winter with initiatives like Warm Spaces and to ensure people can still access healthy, reasonably priced food through projects like the network of community shops that have been set up across the city and our community chefs.
As part of this strategy V4P have been allocating and distributing funds to SEND families in Wolverhampton to help with Food, Fuel and Wider essentials.
