Educational Health Care Plan

It was noted in Wolverhampton's most recent OFSTED inspection that EHCP's assessments were not completed in accordance with statutory timescales and the quality of the EHCP's was below what was expected. Therefore, this has been a priority for the council and V4P to work on. V4P have been consulted on the EHCP template and processes within SENSTART.

We are also being consulted on the council's proposals for changes to decision making panels. We also have requested to be involved in further work in auditing the quality of EHCP's produced.
