This is a group which meets six-weekly to discuss the support for all children in Wolverhampton with emotional or mental health issues. It is jointly chaired by the local authority and CAMHS and has multi-agency representation from education, health and social care. There are updates at each meeting from the city’s mental health providers and on the trends in Wolverhampton. Voice4Parents sit on the group to advocate for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs and how mental health services can be shaped and adapted for these families. Your feedback is given at each meeting so that professionals are aware what is going well and where changes need to be made.
